The political prisoner,Rauf Shareef is indeed, a great man! In spite of the wife being pregnant, the man just didn’t stand at the back but rather went in the forefront to send his condolences to the rape-victim’s family.

The father hasn’t seen his daughter for once. You are being ruthless, depriving the right of seeing his daughter. What a inhumane torture?

Oh baby Mishal, there is a big hope in your beautiful smile. The proud daughter of her beloved father.The smile of yours, is a big strength of ours. You will definitely meet your father, we will not give up. We are with you, in this battle!

And, Mrs.Bathul, you are one strong woman,a patient mother. I am spellbound with the enduring capacity of yours. We stand with you.

The innocent man and his family is suffering but did the government pay any heed to it? A definite no is the answer.

The other wronged political prisoner,Atiq-ur-Rahman,
this man is suffering from heart ailment. Several times,the government turned a blind on his ailment. In addition, when Atiq-ur-Rahman was in need of immediate medical attention,the officials in the Mathura Jail, turned out to be inhumane. What a disaster!?
Two of his little kids keep asking for their father and I have got nothing to answer. What do I even tell them? That,their father was arrested just because he went to send his condolences to the rape-victim’s family? Your father is an excellent man but turned out to be unfortunate?
How will you answer the kids?

The political prisoner, Masood turns out to be an astounding aspirant. A man, filled with dreams. A man, who wanted to serve his country.A man, who wanted to bring justice in the unfair nation.
Who wants to be responsible now that,his dreams have been shattered to pieces?So, is throwing this man behind the bars, an instance that, whosover wants to be empathetic,just and kind will face same situation as Masood?

The political prisoner, Siddique Kappan,a brave journalist who wanted to reveal the dirty secrets of the upper caste has been locked up.
Why? Just because he was being truthful? Just because he was against dirty work of the upper caste? Just because he wanted justice for the rape-victim who is no more alive?
Is this some sort of warning to all the aspiring journalists that ‘do not dream of becoming a journalist otherwise,you’ll be the next Siddique Kappans of this country’?
Is the government numb to all these things?

All the four political prisoners have families behind them. Their families need them.They are struggling until today. Who is going to prevail justice for the four wronged people?

It is our responsibility to stand for them,to raise voices for them. We must be the voices of baby Mishal, the little kids of Atiq-ur-Rahman, the voices of their families. If the justice isn’t prevailed, I don’t know where our country is heading towards!

Who will be responsible, if the young blooming flowers of today have been instilled with the fear, the fear that,their own country will throw them behind the bars if they stand for the TRUTH AND JUSTICE?

REMEMBER, you are the responsible citizen of this Nation.You are responsible! Let’s stand up, stand united, stand with the truth and let’s bring justice for the brave political prisoners, together!
